Girls Program and Boys Program Registration Information

Registration Date: Sunday, November 20, 2011 9AM to 1PM
Location: 4th of July Building

Depending on registration counts, WYLA may offer to accept registrations via mail after Registration Day but can not guarantee placemen on a team. WYLA reserves the right to place registrations received after Registration Day on a Wait List. It is strongly encouraged that you register on Registration Day to assure yourself of a spot on a team.

For player registration, please complete the WYLA and The US Lacrosse forms and bring to registration.

Coaches are needed.

WYLA Will be conducting training for all returning and new coaches. Please complete all forms and bring to registration. WYLA pays all coaches fees.

Eligibility
Applies to both Boys Program and Girls Program
U9 Developmental - Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grade (Play under Boy's Rules)
U11 - 3rd & 4th Grade
U13 - 5th & 6th Grade
U15 - 7th & 8th Grade

2012 Season Fees are as follows:

• Single Player $175.00
• Each additional family members - $100
• U9 Players - $100
• All registration fees include a $25 US lacrosse membership
• Any regisration post marked after December 31st will need to include a $25 late registration fee
• Each player, except U9, will receive a practice pinnie

Player Information
First time players must bring a copy of their birth certificate.
