Registration for 2008 Season is CLOSED for All Levels. If you would like to be added to the Wait List please email Name and Grade to wilmingtonlacrosse@juno.com.

Registration Information

Registration forms are available below for download.
For player registration, please complete the WYLA and The US Lacrosse forms and bring to registration.
Coaches are needed.
WYLA Will be conducting training for all returning and new coaches. Please complete all forms and bring to registration. WYLA pays all coaches fees.

Eligibility
Applies to both Boys Program and Girls Program
U9 Developmental - 1st & 2nd Grade (Plays per Boys Rules)
U11 - 3rd & 4th Grade
U13 - 5th & 6th Grade
U15 - 7th & 8th Grade

Registrations received after November 18 will be put on a waiting list. 2008 season fees remain unchanged as follows:

Representatives from Baggataway Lacrosse will be at sign-ups for sizing and purchase of discounted equipment packages.

Player Information
First time players must bring a copy of their birth certificate.

To register a player, please complete and sign the following forms:
